Online booking and sales terms

1. Scope of service

The system allows customers to browse offers, select a trip date, create a reservation, and pay online.

The agreement is concluded after the reservation is created correctly and payment is confirmed, or after the organizer explicitly confirms the booking if the given flow requires it.

2. Customer data

• The customer must provide accurate and complete data required to complete the reservation.
• The email address provided during checkout is used for booking support, sales documents, and notifications.
• If business billing data is provided, the customer is responsible for its accuracy.

3. Payments and documents

Online payments are processed by Stripe. The payment status directly affects the reservation status.

After a successful payment, the system may automatically issue a sales document through the connected accounting system.

4. Service fulfillment and liability

• The customer must arrive on time at the selected pickup location.
• Failure to arrive on time may result in losing the right to use the service without a full refund.
• The organizer may cancel the trip for operational, weather, or safety reasons.
